A key part of being an active referee is being not only fit enough to get around the pitch but to be fit enough to make accurate
decisions under pressure. Some basic training suggestions are outlined below.
Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines we are unable to arrange Group Training sessions. Once it is possible to do so the situation will be reviewed.

All members are advised to consult a suitably qualified trainer or strength and conditioning coach should they wish to undertake any training program, the exercises listed here are suggestions of what types of sessions should be attempted within each individual's capacity and ability.
